I don’t know, I really wanted to love it, but the pressure relief is just kind of okay for me. It does help some, and I can feel a difference in certain spots, but my shoulders still end up feeling sore. Not terrible, just not quite what I was hoping for.

I’ve had it for a few months and it’s still comfortable, so I do use it. But as someone who likes to buy things that feel solid and hold up over time, I’m a little disappointed that the edges already seem kind of weak. It’s not awful, but I was hoping it would be more durable.

I know some people complain about mattress edges, but the Siena has been solid for me. I sit on the side of the bed all the time to put my shoes on, and my old mattress would sink like crazy. This one doesn’t do that. The edge feels steady, and I don’t feel like I’m about to slide off when I’m sleeping close to the side. I’ve had it for a few weeks now, and so far, I don’t really have anything to complain about.

I reached out for help and they did end up getting my issue sorted, which I appreciated. The only thing was that the replies took a while, so I found myself waiting around more than I expected. Overall, they were helpful once they got back to me, but the support could definitely be a bit quicker.
